This page explains which personal data the BIG BYZNIS NOW website processes, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process
- Technical server logs. When you open the website, the web server records your IP address, the time of access and the page you requested. We need this to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
- Statistics (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent. If you click “Allow statistics”, we count visits and see which episodes are watched. Google Ireland Ltd. processes the data on our behalf, IP addresses are shortened. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent no analytics script is loaded.
- Your cookie choice. We remember whether you allowed or refused statistics in your browser’s local storage, so we do not ask again on every visit.
The website has no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising. Videos play directly from our server, not from YouTube, so no data is sent to YouTube until you click a link to YouTube or Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of the main page. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
